37 120 to 24 volt transformer wiring diagram

I recently purchased the Haldis 3D Cooling Fans kit (24 volts) for my ender 3 V2. I. Link below. While assembly was simple enough, I need help with how to wire them. The kit comes with only one main board connector three separate sets of fan wiring. Would it be safe to assume that i basically need to connect them in parallel? Thanks in advance for your help. I recently removed an old wall oven / microwave combo that ran off of a 4-wire 240 volt cord (red, black, white, and ground wires). I want to install a standard microwave in it’s place (and turn the rest of the space into a cabinet), so I only need a standard 120 volt outlet. Unfortunately there isn’t a 120 volt outlet located in that area, so I’m wondering if i can repurpose the 240 volt wiring to deliver power to a 120 volt outlet, and most importantly to do so in a safe manner. Are they both( isolation transformer output/inverter output) isolated from building ground and nuetral? If its parasitic capacitance, why only in inverter(24/220) output? Electric stove is not Working. The correct receptacle and cord is in use. Nothing is functional except for a red indicator light that is used to indicate that a burner is on however the burner will not change temperature in the slightest. It had once seemed to work with the wrong cord and wrong receptacle until it quit quickly after. I’ve tested the voltage and both hot wires give 120v as they should but surprisingly enough the neutral wire has 120v as well. Is it possible that I have just fri...
